Question 1

How does BidMaxx work?

Accepted Answer

Tell BidMaxx what you want and the maximum you'd pay. BidMaxx monitors 24+ marketplaces — tickets, flights, hotels, and gear — every 6 minutes. When a listing matches your target price, you get a single push notification with a one-tap buy link. The watch closes automatically after you buy.

Question 2

Is BidMaxx free?

Accepted Answer

Your first watch is free. After that, $19.99 gets you 5 watches (about $4 per wish). BidMaxx charges a flat fee — no commission, no affiliate kickbacks. If your price never appears before the event or deadline, your watch credit is refunded automatically.

Question 3

Which marketplaces does BidMaxx monitor?

Accepted Answer

BidMaxx monitors 24+ sources including StubHub, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, AXS, Google Flights, Kayak, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Expedia, eBay, Amazon, and more. Data is refreshed every 6 minutes across all categories.

Question 4

Does BidMaxx buy tickets for me automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. BidMaxx sends you a push notification the moment your price is available, with a direct one-tap buy link. You complete the purchase yourself — BidMaxx never charges your card or buys anything on your behalf.

Question 5

How fast are price alerts?

Accepted Answer

BidMaxx refreshes all marketplace data every 6 minutes. When a price matching your target appears, you receive a push notification typically within 10 minutes of the listing going live.

Question 6

What if my price never hits?

Accepted Answer

If an event passes or a deadline expires without the market reaching your bid, that watch is refunded to your account automatically. You only pay for successful matches.

Question 7

How is BidMaxx different from price alerts?

Accepted Answer

Price alerts notify you every time a price drops by any amount. BidMaxx stays completely silent until the exact criteria of your bid are met, then pushes you a direct buy link. One notification. One decision.

Name your price. We'll watch the market for you.
